The ship agency department serves on a 24 hour a day – 7 days a week service attending to the needs of all types of vessels including organizing bunker & fresh water supplies, surveys (on-hire, off-hire, etc.), crew repatriation and other Owners' required services during vessel's stay at the port
Having a network of own agency offices in all Egyptian ports, we also provide traders with weekly and monthly comprehensive ship line-up reports for grain, and other commodities.
-Ensuring a berth for the incoming ship
-Pre-arrival coordinating with authorities, port administration and cargo representatives
-Drawing up the documents for the customs and harbor services
